Tenuta Colle Val d’Elsa is located in the heart of Chianti Hills Between Florence and Siena.

It is composed by 2 building, one of them  was renewed between 1996/1998 , and the annex one was builted between XVIII and XIX century and has been turned into a Holiday home .

The property is fenced by a centuries-old-garden whose suggestive landscape is surrounded by different kind of flowers and trees.

Tennis court and pool are two of the key elements of this Paradise .

The property is divided in 3 floors and can host 31 people.

Each area come with air conditioning and all the 16 bedrooms have the ensuite bathroom 

1 Floor (6 master bedrooms 1 single bedrooms 1 suite )

2 Floor (2 twin bedrooms 1 suite 3 master bedrooms)

Annex building ( 1 Suite 2 master bedrooms)

The property can host 35 people booking the dependence ( 6 beds)  and the owner apartment on request.

From the hall is possible to get on the 1st floor by the stairs.

The living area is well-furnished, there is a bar space and a covered terrace where is possible enjoy lunch outdoor .

Crossing one of the hallways there is the family chapel.

Downstairs there’s a fully furnished  kitchen that can be reached from a private entrance, and a covered terrace that can fit 36 people .
