Villa Est is an enchanting house, which lights up with the first light of dawn: it enjoys an amazing view over the bay of Capo Coda Cavallo, where the sun rises right next to the island of Tavolara.

Designed to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, the house is characterized by large windows that frame an incomparable sea view, large outdoor terraces and a well-kept garden that seems to fall overhanging the sea.

Designed and furnished by a well-known architect, the house enjoys excellent privacy, lots of light and enviable comfort.

The living room is large, it hosts a peculiar brick living room. The open kitchen has been custom built and is very functional.

Next to the kitchen there are a bathroom and a little room.

The corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with terrace, bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower and terrace, laundry.

The bathrooms are large, and characterized by large showers carved into the rock and by very special plays of light and chromotherapy.

The outdoor area is large, well designed and houses a large barbecue corner, an outdoor dining area, and there is also a spacious sunbathing area.

The nearest beach is easily reached on foot from the property’s garden, and within the condominium there are bars, restaurants and a swimming pool.

The sea view sweeps across the bay, from Capo Coda Cavallo beach to the imposing Tavolara Island, with a foreground on the island of Molara and its crystal clear water pools, and it’s probably one of the most beautiful and breathtaking in the North Sardinia.

Capo Coda Cavallo is a renowned tourist destination in North East Sardinia, which still preserves that taste of wild and uncontaminated thanks to the strict state-owned and urban development rules of the Protected Marine Park of Tavolara-Coda Cavallo.
