Villa Gimignano

Villa Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany was recently renewed. It is Located 15 minutes far away from San Gimignano , a place known for its wines.

Close to the property can be find an horse riding center (6 km), a golf club (9 km), tennis court (1km) and a place where doing a wine tasting.

The rectangular-shaped house is built inside of a property on two floors surrounded by huge garden and a 9x14m infinity swimming pool overlooking of Tuscany countryside.

The Villa is fenced by Vineyards and Olives Garden.

Near by the lodge behind the pool there is a toilet and 3 changing room one of which has a ensuite shower.

On the ground floor the 2 living area are connected by an hallway to the library and snooker room. One of them gets to the kitchen fireplace , studio  and guest toilet .

First floor is composed of 3 twin bedrooms , 1 single and 4 master bedrooms. All annexed ensuite bathroom .

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
