Villa Ginestra – Porto Cervo

In a dominant position, with a view that spans more than 180 degrees on the sea, this
prestigious villa designed by the architect Vietti offers unique emotions. The villa is almost
entirely on one level. The living area consists of a living area, with a pleasant corner with a
large fireplace in typical Sardinian style and opens through a large window into a terrace
furnished with sofas and tables from which to appreciate the wonderful sea view that
stretches from Porto Cervo up to the Pevero beaches.

From the terrace, through a few steps, you enter the pool area that overlooks the Gulf of
Pevero.

The living area is the heart of the house, on one side we find the dining room and the

bathroom. The dining room opens onto an outdoor dining area, with a sea view and sheltered
from the wind, next to it the guest bathroom.

On the opposite side of the living area, through an outdoor corridor, you enter the sleeping

independent access from an external staircase, and incomparable sea view, enjoyable even

from the original Cera Sarda tiles, to the Orosei marble, to the terracotta floors.

Externally the villa is surrounded by a green and flat garden full of plants and rocks, typical of
the Gallura landscape.

The architecture of the house refers to Mediterranean villas with outdoor patios, outdoor
corridors and has been designed in such a way as to allow the sea view from different angles
and points of the house and to make the most of open spaces.

Inside the property there are 3 covered parking spaces. The villa has an electric gate.
