The villa dates back to 1700 and is located 14 km far away from Siena, the heart of Chianti , is the frame of this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards.

 The 500 square meter property was recently rebuilt on 2008 and can host 14 people.

The garden and infinity pool overlook to the the stunning senese countryside.

Villa Pianella has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and was builted in 2 floors.

The hall of the ground floor overlook to the yard ,terraces and the pool.

Around The kitchen there is a living room, dining room and a guest toilet. 

The two master rooms have the ensuite bathrooms.

The suite has a small lounge and a bathroom (shower and bathtub)

Going up from the ground floor there is a huge lightin living area with a countryside view and a master suite (with ensuite bathroom).

The second  living area cross the terrace to the backyard ,where there is a dependence  with laundry and storage on the ground floor.

The second floor has 2 bathroom and 3 bedrooms . 2 of them are connected between each other divided by a wall without door.
