Villa Siena

Villa Siena is located in the countryside 4 km away from Siena city . The house is fenced by hedges and the outdoor area is well-kept and guests can have their own privacy.

Beautiful landscape on Chianti Hills to Val D’orcia in the Senese countryside.

Around the house it can be discover many medieval ancient cities as San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni e San Galgano.

The 270 square meter house  is built  on 3 floors and can host 10 people .it is possible to access to the low floor  floor  from outdoor or indoor and is characterized by a spa .

In the hall of the ground floor we can reach a nice and well furnished living area where guests can enjoy lunch or dinner. It can be reach directly  the kitchen crossing the living room .Both of it have big French windows who allows to get in and out without using the entrance . 

In this area there are 3 double bedrooms ( ensuite bathrooms).

On the first floor there s a guest toilet two double bedrooms ( with ensuite bathroom ) and a shower.

The big garden is full of olive trees , cypress, lemon trees and flowers who are a frame around the property and the nice pool
