Villa Val d’Orcia

Villa Val D’Orcia il located in Chianti one fo the most famous Tuscany area.

The villa is built in a hill that is It possible to reach easily driving a narrow road .

The place is surrounded less than 30 minutes from Montepulciano , Monteciano and Val d’Arabia.

The property was renewed in 2013 keeping the Tuscany typical style. The 750 square meter can host till 18 people .

The gardener who take care of the outside area, pool, covered patio, garden, bbq, will make it taste some fresh product of the vegetable garden .

The Guest House, crossing the garden , has a spacious living area a bedroom and bathroom , it can host 2 people.

It is possible exclusively book it for less than 18 people

The ground floor in the main building has different entrances .

There are 3 living areas ,a fully furnished kitchen divided in 2 spaces and a room ,who can be easily  reached from one of the entrance ,where can be find a snooker table and a spa.

The 2 master suite have the ensuite bathroom and it is possible to turn them to twin rooms.

The first floor can be independent, it has 2 external entrances .

There are 5 double bedrooms , all of them equipped by AC, and a Master room ( all with ensuite bathrooms).

The living room and kitchen are perfectly matched with the ancient building style.
